About 'The Blanche/Feeney/Supple Family'
Even though I have always been interested about our family history, it was something I was going to do when I had some spare time! Last November 2010, while talking to my mother, she happened to mention that it would have been her father's 102nd birthday today, and said "I often wonder about his family as he was always wanting to go back to Grenfell in NSW where they came from". This conversation then started my interesting and very time consuming (just ask my husband) journey of travelling back in time and discovering where and when the family were born, lived, married and died, often in tragic circumstances. The journey has also opened up a whole new world of early Australian history that I knew existed, but now look at it differently as my family were part of it. There has been excitement at finding convicts, amazement at a bushranger, laughter at some of the stories found and fantastic contact with distant relatives from around the world. I'm sure the discoveries will continue for a long time yet with us soon to set off with camera in hand to graveyards around the NSW countryside.

Getting Around
There are several ways to browse the family tree. The Tree View graphically shows the relationship of selected person to their kin. The Family View shows the person you have selected in the center, with his/her photo on the left and notes on the right. Above are the father and mother and below are the children. The Ancestor Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph above and children below. On the right are the parents, grandparents and great-grandparents. The Descendant Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph and parents below. On the right are the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Do you know who your second cousins are? Try the Kinship Relationships Tool. Your site can generate various Reports for each name in your family tree. You can select a name from the list on the top-right menu bar.

In addition to the charts and reports you have Photo Albums, the Events list and the Relationships tool. Family photographs are organized in the Photo Index. Each Album's photographs are accompanied by a caption. To enlarge a photograph just click on it. Keep up with the family birthdays and anniversaries in the Events list. Birthdays and Anniversaries of living persons are listed by month. Want to know how you are related to anybody ? Check out the Relationships tool.
